I wanted to bring up how people are making fun of her about her clothes, and that she is donating them to charity and auctioning them off to raise money for charity and giving some back to the stores. I tried to find the charities, but all I found was the Pitt Bull Rescue Central (for dogs) and a chairty that helps abused women restart their lives. Are those right? is there any more? thanks for all your help!

She won’t be donating them since they don’t belong to her or her family. The Republican National Committee will be donating them as that is who owns them. Try contacting them and let them know about your debate. Also, the $150,000 wasn’t only spent on her. It was also spent on her family.
There is a celebrity site called Clothes off our Backs. They auction off clothes they have worn at high profile events like the Oscars and Emmys… Maybe she will donate to them.
She could follow the example of Hilary Clinton and donate them to charity and use the income tax deduction.
If memory serves me correctly, Hilary deducted $2.00 each for used underwear.

My only problem with this whole situation is that if she is such a “maverick” like John McCain, why didn’t she go against what her party suggested and go shop and discount stores like she claims she did in Alaska
But then again I can’t judge her because she might have had more than one reason for going to those high end stores

If the RNC is going to donate her clothes there are many worthy charities. My question is will they really be donated or is this another untruth? The thing that bugs me is that she said that some of them went back to the store, was that after she and her family wore them? Yuck.
