What did Sarah Palin think the Bush Doctrine was?

sarah palin
California Dreamin’ asked:

Is it true that Sarah Palin thought the “Bush Doctrine” was about a check-up with her OB/GYN?
Lou G, I knew what the Bush Doctrine was back in 2003. I think it is you that doesn’t know what it is. To say there is “no consensus” is ignorant.
: 0 D: You’re obviously a very bitter, bitter woman. And like most femiinists, your sense of humor is in the trash.

  1. I imagine that Sarah Palin isn’t nearly as great a fan of Bush as modern Feminists are. Modern Feminists love everything about Bush. I don’t think they can get enough Bush if they tried.

After 7 years of Bush, I reckon Gov. Palin though that the Bush Doctrine was about how Bush wants more OB/Gyns to spread their love for women.

  2. There is no concensus as to what the Bush Doctrine is.

Charlie Gibson didn’t know it when he asked her.

You didn’t know it when you heard it.

    You don’t know it now.

    So….

    Piss off.

  3. There have been several concepts that qualify as “The Bush Doctrine.” In her interview, she did exactly what she should have done: ask for clarification. The most well accepted doctrine known as The Bush Doctrine is the idea that by bringing democracy to oppressed peoples, they will accept it and reject radicalism. Personally, I don’t believe they will but that is irrelevant to your question. Gibson’s definition was totally different; his had to do with pre-emptive military strikes against potential foes. So when Palin is criticized for pausing at the question, the criticism is unwarranted. I hope from this explanation, you can see why.

  4. LOL!!!

Seriously, though, if she did know what the Bush Doctrine was, I bet she’d agree with it on all counts.

  5. I’m no Palin fan, but this is one of the sorriest attempts at a joke i’ve seen around here in a long time.

And considering the contributions of such geniuses of wit as Awesome Jowls and R. Gaspari, that’s saying a lot. A whole lot.

  6. It does show she doesn’t have much knowledge or interest in world affairs. I’ve heard that she got her first passport only last year. Not only that, but she has apparently claimed she can see Russia from her home. What a laugh.

  7. Ummm….i think not! :(
ok then please explain what it is…what did it say in 2003…..you can’t answer that because there wasn’t a correct ‘definition’ for it! DUHHH!

Whether there was actually one or not, Charlie just wanted Palin to look stupid, because apparently nobody else has heard of it!
To me, he made a bigger fool out of himself than he thought he was going to make out of Palin! Palin- 1 Charlie- 0!!!

I think you should just keep that one to yourself….I agree with Lou G.!!!
